Welcome to the Virtuole Virtual Internship Platform. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our educational platform, operated by Vishal Kumar, Founder & Proprietor, registered as an MSME in India.

1. Nature of the Program

Virtuole provides simulated, project-based educational training. Participation in this virtual internship does not constitute a formal employer-employee relationship. Interns are not entitled to wages, stipends, or standard employee benefits.

2. Freemium Access & Certification Fees

Registration, dashboard access, and starter project materials are provided completely free of charge. However, to submit your code for official MSME evaluation and credential generation, a non-refundable processing fee is required. This fee ranges from ₹199 to ₹499, depending on the complexity of the project tier selected.

3. Evaluation and the Letter of Recommendation (LoR)

Payment of the submission fee ensures your code is evaluated and a Certificate of Completion is generated upon achieving a passing grade (80% or above). The Founder's Letter of Recommendation is an elite, merit-based credential. It is strictly awarded only to submissions that achieve a flawless 100% score by passing all hidden edge cases and demonstrating optimal algorithmic efficiency.

4. Intellectual Property & Academic Integrity

• Our IP: All project briefs, starter code, and platform materials remain the exclusive copyrighted property of Virtuole. You may not distribute or sell these materials.
• Your Submissions: By submitting your project to our platform, you agree that the code and architecture write-ups become the intellectual property of Virtuole.
• Zero-Plagiarism: Submitting copied code from public repositories, peers, or unedited AI outputs is strictly prohibited. Plagiarism will result in an automatic fail, forfeiture of your fee, and a permanent ban from Virtuole credentials.

5. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Begusarai district, Bihar.
