Virtuole strives to provide total transparency regarding our evaluation fees. Because the platform operates on a "Zero Upfront Cost" model, you are only required to pay a processing fee when you actively decide to submit your code for Mentor evaluation.
Once you submit your project architecture and pay the processing fee (₹199 - ₹499 depending on track level), the transaction is considered final and strictly non-refundable. The fee directly compensates our engineering mentors for the time required to review, grade, and securely process your code through our matrix.
If your submitted code scores below the 80% certification threshold, you will not receive a refund. However, Virtuole grants all students a complimentary 24-hour resubmission window to correct algorithmic errors and submit their project a second time at no additional cost.
Any submission found to contain plagiarized code (from public repositories, unauthorized AI generation, or peers) will result in an immediate failing grade. In such cases, the student's processing fee is forfeited entirely, and they are permanently barred from receiving Virtuole credentials. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.
In the rare event that a technical error results in a double-charge during the submission gateway process, please immediately contact support@virtuole.in with your Transaction ID. A full refund for the duplicate charge will be routed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
